BCM Training Australia will adopt policies and management practices which maintain high professional standards in the marketing and delivery of training and also safeguard the interests and welfare of students.

BCM Training Australia will maintain a learning environment that is conducive to the success of trainees and apprentices and apprentices and apprentices and apprentices and apprentices.

BCM Training Australia will provide adequate facilities, and use appropriate methods and materials to deliver training.

BCM Training Australia will operate within the Principles and Standards of the Australian Quality Training Framework. First Aid Training commit to recognising the training qualifications issued by other Registered Training Organisations.

BCM Training Australia will provide a quality service and a focus on continuous improvement.

BCM Training Australia will gather feedback from trainees and apprentices, staff and employers for the purpose of future improvement.
